小额钱债法庭
The Small Claims Court has jurisdiction to hear matters for monetary claims up to $35,000 involving the recovery of personal property and damages. If someone has violated your legal rights and caused you to suffer a loss, you may be able to start a lawsuit against them. However, you must start your lawsuit within a certain time.
L.W Legal Services provides representation and services within the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Court. The services include: prepare Claim, Defence, file documentation with the Court, negotiate out of Court Settlement, prepare and attend Settlement Conference, prepare and attend Trial, prepare and attend Motion, and judgement enforcement.
小额钱债法庭民事案件的诉讼上限是$35,000加币，此含任何现金或财产返还等同价值的最高额度。但利息及法庭费用不包括在内。如果您的合法权益受到了侵害，遭受了损失，在以上额度内您都可以向小额钱债法庭提起诉讼。但是需要注意的是提诉须在法定时效内完成。
小额钱债法庭的程序相对简化，诉讼所需时间相对较短。
